Racketlon 2009

Folks,

The closing date for entries into this years Racketlon tournament is fast approaching (3rd April).

Back again for 2009, the CSSC Racketlon competition takes place on Saturday 18 April 2009 at Redbridge Sports Centre, Redbridge, Essex.

Racketlon pits competitors against one another in four well known and similar sports; table tennis, badminton, squash and tennis. The same number of points are played for each sport and the player with the highest total (over all four sports) is the winner in each match.

Unlike some single sport competitions within CSSC, it's almost impossible for one player to dominate across all four disciplines and if last year's experience is anything to go by, the standard of competition was very varied, with most players having success at some stage.

So if you play any of these sports or have played them in the past, why not come along to the splendid Redbridge Sports Centre for a great day; you never know, you turn out to be the top 'Jack' (or Jill) within CSSC's Racketlon community.
